Drone Surveys
Add a drone survey to the Home Survey Level 2 or 3 from an additional £150 or as a stand alone service from £200, please contact for a quotation.
This service aims to identify potential problems using aerial photography in areas which would ordinarily be out of sight or difficult to access without expensive scaffolding or similar equipment.
A drone survey allows us to see high level areas such as:

External roof coverings

Chimneys

Parapet walls (walls which are above roof level)

Aerial views of the gutters
We are fully insured and registered with the Civil Aviation Authority.

We offer a full refund if we cannot use the drone due to circumstances out of our control.
